In the theoretical part summarizes the theoretical approaches to the evaluation and motivation, usány the latest advances in performance management. The pratical part of the analysis and then evaluates theoretical findings on the principle of the existing systém of assessment oan motivation in the copany. The analysis is compiled from a survey of start views on the existing systém of evaluation and motivation. In conclusion, as a result of the data recommended proposals to streamline the performance management of staff.

The theoretical part of this work is dealing with staffing, intake, selection procedure, occupational training, motivational program. Enterprise Management in Industry 4.0 and Human Resource Development

Based on the research, the aim of the dissertation is to identify the key competencies in the conditions of Industry 4.0 and to propose tools for human resources development in order to evaluate their implementation in terms of ensuring the required development of employees. In the quantitative part, based on a questionnaire survey, the statistical research revealed in the number of ANOVA tests and after adjusting their p-values by Bonferroni correction, the competencies of leadership and lifelong learning as statistically significant key competencies of professionals for Industry 4.0. This statistical result is supported by the case studies included in the qualitative part of the dissertation. The case studies capture the professional development of five managers who hold Industry 4.0 core competencies. From the qualitative research in the form of coaching interviews, the thesis shows the professional development of the experts by an average of two levels for each competency separately on the ten-point scale based on the primary questionnaire survey based on the experts' self-evaluation. The coaching method was confirmed in the case studies as the most effective method of competence development for Industry 4.0 compared to leadership and mentoring. The use of 360-degree feedback confirms the results reached by the author in the case studies. The methods for developing human resources in key positions in Industry 4.0 conditions have been effectively captured and the objectives have been met.
Human resources management in terms of public and private secondary schools

The theoretical and empirical work focuses on human resources management with the aim to capture and analyze for a selected sample of heads of public and private secondary schools information on specific human resource management in educational organizations, focusing on possible differences in approach to human resource management according to the legal form of these schools. In the theoretical part, attention is focused on the key concepts of human resources management focusing on educational organizations. The research part uses a theoretical-empirical method to answer the research three questions, which includes an analysis of the literature and a research consisting of semi-structured interviews with three selected principals of secondary public schools and three principals of secondary private schools, two management tests, ČŠI inspection reports and analysis of documents of these schools. The research findings are assessed mainly in terms of the legal form of the school, while the specifics of human resource management related to the aspect are identified. It focuses on quality standards for training concepts and materials, and for trainers’ profiles and presents an overview of the results of expert and stakeholder consultation aimed at refining the set of standards identified and selected as part of the project.
Employee education and development in social enterprises

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of development and education of Czech social enterprise employees and examines how these services are provided. The research set was made of enterprises listed in the Social Entrepreneurship Directory, which declare their social mission. In the form of a questionnaire survey, it was investigated how the educational process in the enterprise proceeds from the planning, design to implementation and subsequent evaluation of educational activities. The research results show that social enterprises educate their employees, but in most enterprises it is a relatively unsystematic process, with reserves mainly on the theoretical and methodological side, which is mainly hampered by lack of funds and lack of time space. However, in the jungle of social entrepreneurship, there are clear exceptions that, despite all the obstacles, provide their staff with quality education services and care for their development. The analysis of the system of education and the development of workers in the chosen organization

The diploma thesis focuses on the employee training and development in Podzimek a synové, s.r.o. The main aim is to analyze the current system of employee training and development in the chosen organization and to suggest opportunities improving the system. On the basis of literary and electronic professional resources there are defined the basic concepts related to this area. There are characterized phases of training, motivating employees to learn and outlined the EU training support as well. The practical part is based on company introduction, a questionnaire survey, an interview with a human resources officer, an internal documentation and a personal observation. Information obtained through the use of above mentioned methods is interpreted and provides recommendations improving the current system of employee training in the company.
Development of Human Resources in the Company.

The bachelor thesis shows current conditions in human resources development in the DURA Automotive CZ, k.s. company. In the practical part there is a describtion of training program, which is mandatory for all employees. The training program is rated by popularity and actual aqusition of skill and knowledge. By survey was discovered motivation of employees to work. In the start of writing bachelor thesis there was needed a selfeducation session, during which author got information about the topic. Conclusions and important informations are enlisted in the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis.
Comparison of education methods in education, prison and health services

The master thesis deals with further education and training in the fields of prison and health services and education. It describes which methods are required in further education and why they can contribute to more efficient planning of education in the particular areas. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of lifelong learning, analyzes the similarities and differences in the understanding of lifelong learning in strategic documents. Education forms an important part of human resources development and its efficiency depends on the choice of suitable teaching methods and on understanding learners' motivations. In theory, it surveys also training in the particular areas. The findings from the theoretical part are based on the practical part of the degree work, which forms the main point. This practical part is based on the opinions of the employees that have been identified through a questionnaire. The results provide information not only about the specifics of the education methods used in the monitored areas, but also about mutual similarities, and they get closer to the main motivating factors for education. It results from the survey that applied educational methods, which are basically consistent with respondents' views on their benefits and suitability of employees'...
